We provide you with a quotation of the work to be undertaken - our cost is structured to the nearest quarter hour therefore only charging you for the work carried out and therefore saving you money. We will give you a rough estimation of the time it will take to complete the task and you can then either decide on time limit or cost limit to suit your budget. Therefore keeping things simple and cost effective for all parties concerned. If you require printed papers such as letters, reports etc then you can either supply the necessary stationery (e;g: letterheads or templates, or we can supply it and then bill you for the extra cost. It is entirely up to you. Any telephone calls undertaken on your behalf will be billed to you. Our quotation is valid for one month and once expired will be re-quoted for. |
